What to Do When Little or No Compensation Program Exists

You arrive on your new job or assignment full of energy and optimism only to learn that there is no existing program, processes, or policy, and there are management members lining up outside the door with interesting challenges for you. What do you do?

Come learn how to build the foundation of a compensation program that requires less time and effort and that will enable you to build a more sophisticated compensation program over time. Come learn how to document and rank jobs when there are dated or no job descriptions, analyze market data, form salary and career boxes, establish an initial performance management process, and more.

The presentation will include planning tools to assist you with planning programs, documenting jobs, costing salary programs, developing salary structures, and related actions.
