Companies are faced with employees trying to negotiate their responsibilities and benefits for their current position, retiring, or leaving their positions for more attractive and lucrative offers. HR is tasked with analyzing market data to make sure their Total Rewards package is sufficiently competitive to attract new employees and retain current talent. HR must find ways to balance compliance, pay equity, wage compression, and market competitiveness, all while staying within the budget. How can HR build a business case to find additional funds.
