Mike joined USI in February 2019 after 20 years in the employee benefits business. In addition to his experience in underwriting, reporting, and analytics, he has worked with benefits administration and account management. Before coming to USI, he was the operational analytics manager for Innovu, LLC for two years following 18 years in the north Texas broker/consultant world.
